It's amusing to see in the Globe and Mail a picture of Peter McKay and Condi Rice making googly eyes at each other. This also happened on her last trip to Canada. Poor Peter! Is Condi leading him on? When he should be scolding her for keeping Mahar Arar on the "watch list", he instead "agrees to disagree". Ah, the charm of a Delilah !!
